How is the retainer different from ad-hoc billing?
A retainer gives you agreed access, a regular working rhythm, and predictable monthly fees for the covered services. Ad-hoc work is requested and billed separately.
What happens if I need urgent advice after hours?
Your proposal will set out the urgent contact route and response arrangements. We will confirm the scope and any additional charge before proceeding.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. We review the plan with you when your workload changes and record any revised scope in writing.
Do you attend board meetings in person?
Board attendance can be included in Growth or Enterprise arrangements. We can attend in person in Singapore or join remotely.
How much support am I entitled to?
Plans are defined by service scope and access rather than an hourly promise. Your proposal will identify included work and any excluded projects.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
The commitment period depends on the plan. We will state it plainly in your retainer proposal before you decide.
